TLC hair care products were made in loving memory of Cindy’s sister Terrie Lee Cox (née Chiovarou). Terrie was a kind, loving, giving, and admirable woman who we sadly lost far too soon in the Summer of 2005. My sister, Terrie, lives on in all who knew her and is remembered for wearing her heart on her sleeve and the love she had for her family, friends, and her special needs students. She is remembered for her boisterous laughter that would light up her face, the faces of others, and could fill a room. ​I sincerely hope you enjoy these products that are a true labor of love for me!
